• We always make updates to our clients regarding their holding or position (if any) in the financial products or securities which are subject to advice.
• While making investment advice, TradeGyan Solutions makes an adequate disclosure to our client of all material facts relating to the key features of the products or securities, particularly performance track records.
• TradeGyan Solutions always draws the client’s attention in the form of warnings and disclaimers in documents and advertising materials related to the investment products which we are recommending to our client.
• We disclose to a prospective client all material information about our business, disciplinary history, terms and conditions on which we offer our advisory services, affiliations with other intermediaries, and such other information as it is necessary to take an informed decision on whether or not to avail our services.
• We do not recommend a stock broker or Portfolio Management Services or sell Demat accounts. Neither do we take payment for the purpose of redirecting the same into Demat accounts.
• To ensure compliance with the Investment Advisor Regulations 2013, TradeGyan Solutions and all its representatives will not make any trades in the market.
• Investment in stock or commodity markets is subject to market risk; though best attempts are made for predicting markets, no surety of return or accuracy of any kind is guaranteed. While the performance sheet of various products is available, it should not be considered a guarantee for future performance of the products/services.
• If the client wishes to advance his/her services pertaining to upgradation in tenure or any advancement in services, it will lead to an additional/adjusted balance amount as per the rate prescribed.

TradeGyan Solutions does not offer low-risk services. Any investor with a medium-risk appetite is recommended to subscribe to medium-risk services, and an investor with a high-risk appetite is recommended to subscribe to either medium or high-risk services.
• Clients are also advised to trade only if recommendations suit their current risk appetite and risk-bearing capacity. All such recommendations shall be considered views or opinions, and clients shall, at their discretion, decide actual trades.
• No litigation has been filed against TradeGyan Solutions Investment Adviser since its incorporation.
• We disclose our Annual Compliance Audit status of the two preceding years on our website under the Compliance portal.
• We disclose our details of investor complaints and their status report by every 7th of the succeeding month as prescribed, in order to facilitate Investment Awareness on our website in the Investor Charter section.
• All the information provided by us is totally based on our knowledge, and we do not ask/force you to take market positions in any particular stock.

• An Investor/Trader has an appropriate investment in a trading account to trade on all the recommendations shared via SMS.
